That’s why we’re offering a $500 one-time scholarship to support one aspiring student making a difference through education and creativity.

Who Can Apply
We are looking for undergraduates currently enrolled in accredited universities and high school seniors who have been accepted into a university program for this semester.

Applicants must also meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a legal resident in their country or a holder of a valid student visa
• Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate program in an accredited university or college

How to Apply
Write a 300-word essay on one of the following topics:

1. Designing with Purpose: Describe a time you created something—through crafting, design, or other creative work—that had meaning beyond the finished product. What inspired it, and how did it impact you or others?
2. From Hobby to Hustle: Share how a creative hobby—like knitting, crochet, design, or another craft—can become a meaningful business or side hustle in the digital age. Include your own aspirations if relevant.
3. Why Handmade Still Matters: In an age of mass production and instant delivery, why do handmade objects still hold such meaning? Share your perspective on the value of making things by hand.
