James Kennedy Law Legal Ethics Scholarship

At James Kennedy Law, we believe in upholding ethics in the legal field. The practice of barratry is all too common among attorneys in Texas and throughout the United States, and we work to stand up against unethical practices while fighting to protect people’s rights. Through our scholarship program, we are working to ensure that the next generation of attorneys will uphold these standards.

Eligibility

• You are enrolled at an accredited law school or in a pre-law program at a U.S. college or university for the Spring 2026 or Fall 2026 semester
• You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• You are at least 17 years of age
