Phillips Law Firm Scholarship

Students interested in applying for the A Second Chance Scholarship must prove that they’re enrolled in or accepted at an accredited college, university, or graduate school in the United States. Students must also submit evidence that, at some point in their lives, they were involved in a traumatic car accident.

So long as applicants meet these criteria, submit all necessary application materials, and agree to the scholarship’s terms and conditions, they’ll find themselves included in the applicant pool.

Phillips Law Firm reminds students that they must fill out the application form on this page and add the URL link to their unlisted video essays by July 31, 2025, if they want to qualify for the scholarship’s $2,500 reward.
