The Dr. Alejandra Parra Scholarship for High School Seniors

Florida Association of International Educators (FAIE) and Study Florida are partnering to support one $2,000 scholarship for a current international student who is a high school senior planning to pursue higher education at a college or university in Florida in Fall 2025.

Who Can Apply?
The scholarship will be offered to one international student who is a current senior at a Florida high school and will begin studies at an in-state college or university next year.

Eligibility Requirement

• Applicants must be a currently enrolled senior at a Florida high school.
• Applicants must plan to enroll on a full-time basis at a Florida college or university through Spring 2026. The scholarship will be paid in two installments ($1,000 in Fall 2025 and $1,000 in Spring 2026).
• Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher at their institution.
• Applicants must be a current high school senior.
• Applicants must be a non-immigrant F-1 student visa holder in good standing.
