Broward College International Centers Out-of-State Tuition Fee Waiver Application

To be eligible for this waiver you must be transferring to FIU in Fall 2025 from one of the Broward College International Centers listed below:

  • Bolivia
  • Brazil
  • China – Shanghai
  • Ecuador
  • India
  • Indonesia
  • Peru
  • Spain
  • Sri Lanka
  • Vietnam

The waiver will cover the out-of-state portion per credit of 12 credits an academic year(6 Fall and 6 Spring). Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete 30 credit hours an academic year, to renew the waiver for a second year.
Submission of an application does not guarantee you will be granted the waiver. To be eligible, students must have an F-1 visa to study in the United States.
