Trustee Chanel T. Rowe Book Scholarship

This book scholarship is offered by Trustee Chanel T. Rowe to students enrolled in or accepted for admission to the College of Law. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and be the first generation in their family to attain a college degree. Preference will be given to students from a single-parent home and/or students ranked in the top ten percent of their College of Law class.
