Debt.com Scholarship for Persistent Applicants

Debt.com’s mission in Spanish is to encourage Hispanics living in the United States and Puerto Rico to strive for financial independence, from college freshmen to seniors, and everyone in between. However, it is unfortunate to know that many young Latinos who are in college do not apply for all the scholarships available to them.

Many students give up on the application process because they think their grades are not the best. In addition, the conditions and requirements for each scholarship can be overwhelming.

To apply for a chance to win the Debt.com scholarship, valued at $1,000, you must be Hispanic, study in the United States or Puerto Rico, and submit your application in Spanish.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be of Hispanic descent
• Proactive engagement in scholarship applications
• Proof of current enrollment in an accredited U.S. university/college (Photo ID, transcripts, etc.)
• A 500-word essay in Spanish answering the prompt: “How did your family inspire you to work towards your dreams and achieve a college education?”
• Bonus: Share a reel on social media promoting the scholarship using #BecaParaHispanos2024 and tagging @debt.com_esp.
