OAS-ROWE Financial Aid Opportunity for Latin American & Caribbean Students

We are pleased to inform you about a valuable financial aid opportunity available for your international students from Latin America and the Caribbean who are enrolled at Florida International University. The Rowe Fund, part of the Secretariat for Integral Development at the Organization of American States (OAS), offers essential financial support to help cover their studies in the U.S.

What We Offer:

· Interest-Free Loans: Up to $7,500 per semester, with a total maximum of $15,000.

· Supplementary Scholarships: $2,000 available for eligible students.

Candidates must:

- Be a national from an OAS member state.

- Maintain a GPA equivalent to 3.0/4.0.

- Be enrolled full-time in a U.S. university with an F-1 or J-1 visa, in their final two years of undergraduate or graduate studies.

- Agree to return to their home country within one year of completing their studies, unless extended by OPT for STEM fields.
