Rhodes and Marshall Scholarships Internal Application

Several prestigious scholarships provide full funding for graduate study in the United Kingdom including: the Rhodes Scholarship, the Marshall Scholarship, and the Gates Cambridge Scholarship. All of these programs are looking for students with exemplary academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, and long-term goals to make a positive impact on society. Rhodes, Marshall, and Mitchell require institutional nomination; you cannot apply to them directly. The deadline to apply internally is May 1. You will submit one application in order to be considered for any scholarships for which you may be eligible.

Eligibility:

  • 3.7 GPA or above
  • U.S Citizen
  • Current juniors, seniors, or recent alumni

Additionally, please submit the following:

  • The listed short essay questions (no more than 250 words each)
  • A CV or resume
  • One letter of recommendation from an FIU faculty or staff member
