Anthony G. Marshall American Dream Scholarship

When Dean Anthony “Tony” Marshall retired from Florida International University in October 1998, he established and personally funded the Anthony G. Marshall American Dream Scholarship. His desire was to provide support to full-time, undergraduate hospitality students with financial need. Awarded during the 2024-2025 academic year.

This scholarship is open to the following students:

• incoming transfer students with a junior/senior standing
• currently enrolled undergraduates with a junior/senior standing

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

• Enrolled full-time
• U.S. citizens or permanent residents
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above

If selected as a recipient for this scholarship, please note the following:
Prior to disbursing your award, it is imperative that a “thank you” letter, a brief biography and an appropriate head shot be submitted via AcademicWorks.
