Aviva and Aaron Stauber Scholarship

The Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (HWCOM) Scholarship Program is pleased to offer the Aviva & Aaron Stauber Scholarship Award. Aaron and Aviva Stauber are the proud parents of Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine graduate Alyssa Stauber, MD ’18. The Staubers are grateful not only for the education, encouragement and support the college provided their daughter, but the all-encompassing support it provides to all our students. Through their generous donations, including this scholarship award, the Staubers are contributing to the success of HWCOM and our students. The purpose of this scholarship award is to support current medical students with their cost of attendance while attending HWCOM.

Eligibility:

• Applicants must be currently enrolled medical students.
• Applicants must be in good academic and professional standing.
• Applicants cannot be a current recipient of a full tuition scholarship.
• Demonstrated financial need is a required component to be a recipient of this award. Current FAFSA must be on file.
